Purpose of the statistics
When Google Analytics is connected and you agree, we measure visits, engagement, traffic sources and the selected website language. We record photo and floor-plan opens, use of the comparison slider and 3D model, sections viewed and contact-link clicks. This helps improve the villa presentation and evaluate marketing campaigns. Clicking a contact link does not confirm a message was sent or a call made.
Data and provider
Google Analytics processes pseudonymous cookie identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location and website activity. Google uses the IP address to derive location and then discards it in GA4. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or precise location. We remove URL queries and fragments, sending only selected campaign labels. Google may process data outside the EEA under its policies and contractual safeguards. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled.
Consent and cookies
Optional statistics rely on your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). We do not load Google Analytics before consent or after refusal. The _ga and _ga_* cookies are configured to last up to 90 days. We store your consent choice in browser local storage for 90 days solely to remember your preference.
Withdrawal and retention
Use Cookie settings in the footer and select Reject statistics to withdraw consent. We stop measurement in this browser, delete its analytics cookies and reload the page. Earlier lawful processing is unaffected. Detailed user and event data is retained for two months; aggregated statistical reports may remain longer. We stop using the stored consent choice after 90 days.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable GDPR conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability. You may withdraw consent at any time and complain to the Slovak data protection authority or your local supervisory authority.
